Erickajoy Daniels departing Advocate Health to start her own firm

Advocate Health executive Erickajoy Daniels is leaving her position with the health system at the end of February to build her own consulting and coaching firm.
Daniels is vice president and chief diversity officer for Advocate Health's Midwest region. Daniels, a Milwaukee Business Journal Woman of Influence in 2017 and a 40 Under 40 winner in 2013, is also board president of the Milwaukee Athletic Club (MAC). That role, in which she's helping transform the 142-year-old club following its recent $65 million building renovation, has impacted her decision to launch You Do I Help, she said.
